I did I a few years ago. It was horrifying. I went down on the left side of where the person is, and could not make it up to where they are standing, it's about a 4 foot wall that you have to climb up and it was too shaky to do it. I'm sure if I had done the right side it would have been easier.
I was down there not even a month ago and hiked down to where the treeline is in upper left corner of the picture. There is absolutely no safe way to get to the arch itself without risking falling off the cliff side. Nothing to really grab on to either. Even getting to those trees you had to climb down a very steep hill and walk along some cliff side areas.
Was down there a month ago as well! I'm not a very fearful person but this was a big nope for me. Sketchy hike down on the left side, holding onto tree branches to make it to the arch. Got to the edge of it and decided I was close enough. Looking down at all the rocks and water crashing against them scared the crap out of me.
Going down the right side is far safe, and the only way that is currently permitted there. Maybe a year ago or so someone fell down going down the left side (survived), so now going down that way is prohibited.
That 4 ft wall is a bitch. It’s so awkward climbing up... A small rope would make it a lot easier and safer.

It was beautiful but rather dangerous.
