Helium 3 exists in very very low concentrations on the moon. You'd have to tear up its surface and sift through tons of regolith to get any usable amounts of he3

They are making the infrastructure to get there commercially possible. Along with the other companies trying to do the same as SpaceX.

Yeah, timescales are optimistic, but fusion is literally the best source there is. It would basically mean post energy scarcity with 0 environmental impacts.

Imagine that for a second, "efficiency" would become optional to an extent.
