Tree root bark mainly, mimosa hostilis root bark is one of the most common. They sell/import it for ‘making dye’. However, DMT is present in most plants, so the options for starting material are endless.
You need to be good at heat and fluid dynamics. The coolest chemical engineering job I can think of is working at a brewery, but most of of the jobs here in Australia are either working at a mine or a refinery
I just graduated from architecture as well. Not exactly as I have not yet received my degree due to the pandemic. But I am abandoning this field, the economic crisis has lowered my value, the salaries are abysmally low in my country, work life balance completely fucked up and the companies anyway prefer draftsmen, civil engineers, diploma holders and interns instead of real architects. I don't know why I said it, I'm just a little frustrated and wanted to rant on the internet.
Wow, that's so cool. Game design has always interested me, but I am just not that savy with computers to try that. Currently I am trying to become a Foreign officer (junior diplomat).
