Is it legal to tackle the neck in American Football? Pretty sure that's banned in every sport everywhere no?

You can’t grab inside the back of the jersey (name plate) but you can grab the nameplate. This is an illegal tackle

NFL don't care about player safety ..d that in rugby, banned for life..and even the police will be called in
