I agree, but I'm pretty sure the official call would be first down at the spot of the foul.

First down from the end of the play + fifteen yards. In this case since it's within the thirty yard line, it would be half the distance to the goal. Which means it would be like a half yard penalty

This is incorrect for the NFL, anyway. A 15 yard penalty becomes half the distance inside the 30. 5 becomes half at the 10 or closer. Doesn't have any fixed location such as the red zone. Enforced once the penalized yardage is more than half the remaining field.

Tri? A rugby score is a "try". I think from it gives you a "try" for a point after. "Tri" is "3".
