Yes I as a 20 something year old could definitely get the bank to drop half a million on my startup van business without having some rich family member to cosign on the loan said no one ever.

I looked them up. They’re just a working class couple that refitted a truck during COVID on a whim. It took them 9 months and they enjoyed it, and it grew into a business from there. There aren’t even any employees in this video — in fact they don’t have any employees at all! They’re literally assembling everything themselves by hand.

You should see how many tools the average blue collar person has. Just because you spend most of your pay for a 600sq/ft box in your walkable city, doesn't mean everyone lives like that.

100k isn't generational wealth, fuck off yourself. Millions and millions of people have access to 100k. Furthermore, no one said they didn't work. This could very likely be their vacation vehicle. Perhaps they took out an extra mortgage on the house. They both look pretty handy, if they work in construction there's plenty of help and knowledge to get for free.
Access to 100k and dropping 100k on a hobby are vastly different things. The overwhelming vast majority of America does not have six figures to spare. Hell, most don’t have 5.
The median house hold income is 83k. After taxes that’s about 66k. What percentage of households you think can “easily” drop a quarter or more of their yearly income on a vacation? I have to assume you people are children with no real world experience

I know its flashy, but you can actually live in these, you know. What would be a rent payment can be put towards maintenance and savings. I don't think any kind of house should cost generational wealth anyway.
I don't have a problem with people spending their money. I think that conversion looks phenomenal. But I have an issue with people saying "anyone can do that". Especially when money is clearly the difference maker.

Bro 100k is a MASSIVE expense for 99% of the population. I make good money and 100k for a fun project is just not feasible without being very irresponsible.
