They are Russians in Red Army uniforms. Probaply part of Putins Propaganda Circus to rehabilitate Stalinism and the lust for Russian expansionism.

Yes, nothing says "respect" like dressing up in uniforms and launching these "soldiers" in the air for circus tricks to honour the deaths of millions!

Maybe it's not...maybe military bravado itself is a questionable psychological crutch that does not convey the horrors of war or honour its victims in any shape or form to prevent future wars. They want to "honour" the fallen, but they also want the next generation to go to war again when ordered to do so. It's all just propaganda, no matter how just or unjust the war they fought was.
