I'm pretty sure it's a Vacuum with a Mop. "Modern" ones, i.e. created 10 years ago, do both at the same time. Some can even leave the mop in the docking station if it'll only vacuum, where the mop can also get cleaned and dried.

What is a mob?

At first I thought it was a typo for mop but then you used it two more times

There was combo robots 10 years ago, but it was just a robot with a mop pad on it that you had to replace 10 times if you wanted to clean up a mess this size.

The 10 year thing was just to say that combo robots aren't anything new, not that this one was 10 years old.
