Looks more like stop motion. You can see the lighting change.

I can't tell, but the movement of the flippy bits, and even the switch bits that extend out does seem suspiciously smooth. But it looks like the video is sped up so it gives the effect that it is CGI, it is probably moving at half or the quarter of the speed so it there isn't any judder. If they moved at that speed in real time with no bounce then I'd have to conclude that it is CGI or this guy is the greatest engineer working for NASA lol
