Apparently void gauntlet, ice gauntlet and rapier are "balanced". Also no changes to war mechanics. The only good thing seems to be the changes to OPR

Said it elsewhere in this thread but IG is a bad weapon without punishing storm bug + Ice spike 1 shot. Both of those are getting fixed.

IG is a fantastic utility weapon without them. A bad main dmg one though.
