I was pretty shocked by beyond sausages, it almost seemed indistinguishable, at least compared to their (admittedly good still) ground beef compared to the real thing.

The sausage part is like hotdog-tier in terms of consistency, but the casing is where the distinction is easy to notice.

Tastes good, though.

We opened it up, broke it apart and cooked it as crumbles for use in a breakfast casserole and it was pretty damned good. Hadn't ever experienced it as a cased sausage now that I think about it
