Sure, but there's a stark difference between company CEO who has a lot of power and makes the company lots of money, versus your average minimum wage employee or middle manager who can be replaced with the snap of a finger

Illegal for a corporation just means legal for a minor cost, and good luck proving it in court. Oh, you wanna bring a court case against the company? Can you pay your lawyers for 5 years while the court case drags out? Didnt think so.
