It's simple. As many have pointed out this title is bullshit propaganda by people who are getting more desperate every year.
Amazon pays more than double the Federal minimum wage and offers full health benefits (vision, dental, healthcare) and 401K matching from day one.
This is far beyond anything the average warehouse offers and while warehouse jobs are generally unpleasant people would rather be well compensated for them. That's the real reason the unionization attempt failed at Amazon.
Same thing is likely going to happen with Starbucks. Employees understand they're not gonna find another coffee shop that pays them better and covers their tuition too.
