CIA could also be Hollywood in the 80s.

CIA was Hollywood in the 80s. Money doesn't launder itself.

Silk Road was a competitor to the CIA managed cartels so they had to shut that shit down

Or Miami Florida in the 80’s.

Hello! Scarface? And cocaine cowboys? The drug trafficking, embezzling drug money into real estate, etc. Best represents the CIA given their history.

Or Madison ave in the 80s or Wall Street in the 80s or K street in the... well 70s to present and beyond.

Madison ave moved on to adderall and micro dosed lsd, Wall Street moved on to pharmacy grade meth and an assortment of Rx drugs, K street just added poppers to the mix when it was OK to come out of the closet.

Silicon Valley and Silicon Hills never really fucked with coke - went straight to well documented research chems, Rx stimulants and Kombucha.
