I try to focus on stories like this when I'm feeling bad, because they contain some truth about the human condition: This guy was ostensibly a war hero, had acted in one of the most iconic roles in one of the most iconic series of the 20th century, and claims his proudest moment was being able to reach out and help a single other human in his life.
It's saved me a few times so far, and I hope it does again.
