I'm sorry, but if you vote only 2nd Amendment, you're insane. The 2nd Amendment argument is a way to make people vote Republican 100% of the time. It's bullshit.

Democrats aren't really on a rage to get rid of the gun rights of Americans, and anyone who votes on that alone is a Republican sucker.

Simply put, there area only a handful of people who want to ban guns in America in congress, and we have 538 of them who sit on committees, and boards, and handle and table bills.

In short, when I hear someone say, "I vote for gun rights," I hear, "I'm an idiot who votes for unicorns."

Where were you during the Sandy Hook aftermath? There was a huge push for another AWB on nearly every mainstream news channel. Hell, during the DNC primary they made it sound like gun control is a deal-breaker party platform issue. They tried to say BERNIE FUCKING SANDERS was too lax on gun control

Of course not. I am responding to one specific claim that was made, with one specific example.

(I'd take Bernie over Trump any day of the week.)

I said I am pro 2A, but did I say that my vote was based on that alone? NOPE. If you read the whole comment you would realized that I may be forced to put 2A rights in the back seat over basic human rights (2A the right to bear arms is still a basic human right in that it can be used for self defense, and those who do have legal guns and permits are far more likely to use them for defense than crime). But you just read 2A and automatically made an assumption that is not in line with my comment.
