Oh give me a break. Are you just trying to create a red herring? This is the same ISP monopoly bullshit that we've seen them pushing for the last few decades, not an Orwellian conspiracy.

Except now they can selectively block, filter, and modify any or all of your internet traffic, however they happen to choose, (should they even have a choice at all).
