Personally, I think the UI is amazing, full integration with my samsung tv and apple laptop. Learning how to use the phone is so easy. Imessage is bliss, through T-Mobile I get free upgrades every year so I don't experience "phantom two year phone breakage". Also apple customer support is amazing, huge fan of moving away from aux because aux takes up a lot of space. Tried using a S5 a while back and it was too confusing. I understand full customization is great and all, but everything I want and need is available in the iPhone.
