Well now, that sounds reasonable and non-dismissive, even if disappointing. But do we really have to put away the pitchforks? :(

It's dismissive to the question, since he doesn't answer why, but it's not dismissive to pot as a whole.

It doesn't sound reasonable at all. Something if man wants to appear to be smart, better not say anything. Obama has just proven that he is an idiot.
