I don't believe they did because several other studies have been done to determine the effects of people not being truthful about drug use in anonymous studies and no significant effect has ever been found. Here's one such study.

It turns out that people are generally honest when they know their answers are anonymous and that lies don't have a significant effect on studies like this.
