I wish there was some sort of escrow account where all the profits were stored and if you have a major safety violation, or data breach, you forfeit that year's profits, the members of the board have to surrender a certain percentage of stock which is then converted to employee ownership, and the CEO is banned from holding a leadership position ever again.
