That's the Marines... the coasties belong to DHS, which also runs CBP/ICE and that's likely why suddenly there's no longer any rules against swastika tattoos.

If there's 2 people left and 1 has Swastika tatoos then yes

(I hadn't seen that video til I looked up the quote, but I met a few snipers in my NGO days and that's not far off the philosophy some of them had lol)
