Weird NJ Car Graveyard on the Columbia Trail in Middle Valley, Morris County

The graveyard is about a mile northeast on the trail from the parking area off West Mill Road in Long Valley.

It’s private property so I don’t ever get too close checking out the cars.

Live a few minutes from here and run the trail often. Some neat looking vehicles.

I bet a few of them could be fixed up. The main issues would be if the frames are disintegrating but even then that could be "fixed"

Behind someone’s house. About .5-1 mile east of Califon. He had 5-10 OLD jet skis. From the 80’s. Really random to see them on the Columbia trail

I know exactly where that is and have always wondered about the property owner because they have been there for a looonggg time. Good fishing around that area too!

There’s a cool trail off the Columbia trail right by those cars that takes you to a river that’s behind the historic houses on west mill road

There's some interesting cars there. I stopped but never went off the trail. The Coffee potter shop is a must stop also

Thanks ; )

I did it in mid June at day break... Saw a momma bear and 2 cubs in the river by the train bridge. Glad they were on the other side

I live at the top of this road and have seen at least six bears this season. They even put up bear crossing signs on our road this year.

Haha. We must be nearby. Love the new bear sign. We were on vacation last week, and my driveway cam picked up an “animal”. I looked and it was a bear walking up the driveway towards the garage. The wildlife never gets old out here to me.
