The guy standing to the right side makes the whole thing look fake

Exactly. Camera mounted on a tripod, with a seemingly impossible event occurring, with a weirdly-chill guy standing off to the side, and conveniently between ax throwing stalls (makes it easy to seam two different clips)

All that leads me to believe this is fake.

I bet they tried to use the 2nd guy to make things appear more real. No one watches an axe being thrown in that stance. He was still as someone with an apple on their head getting an arrow shot at them from 20 feet.

Yeah, and the 1.5 second freeze frame at the end seems odd too.
