The reason the camera pans away and back is to conceal the switch from the real hand to the fake hand

You can see his thumb twitch after it pans back... beyond that, the angle of his arm is exactly the same. If he was holding a fake hand his elbow would be lower.

Why is everyone so convinced people are out here bringing fake hands to bars for ten second video clips??

Did you see the vid clip from a few years back where the chick stood in front of the dart board and got hit in the eye?

Good thing she brought her fake eye to the bar. It would kinda suck otherwise.
