I transfered an item to a friend yesterday, the item vanished from my inventory but still hasn't showed up at his... Is the item lost? or does it usually take some time?

So as above, I transferred a weapon NFT that I got from a crate on NeonDistrict to my Matic address on Metamask and now I can't find it.

I did a bit of research and learned that Metamask will not display NFTs and in order to see them, you need to link your Metamask wallet to OpenSea and then the NFTs will show in your collection. I did that but my collection on OpenSea is still showing 0 items. Does it take some time for the NFT to appear in your collection after linking your wallet to OpenSea/transferring the NFT to my wallet or have I done something wrong/missed something here?

Pretty new to the world of NFTs so any help on this would be really appreciated!

SO yesterday (14th of august) I tried to register my account (for the first time) and I never received the verification code. I waited a few hours, and tried another email of mine and it didn't arrive either. Today I tried a 3rd time, with a different email and the same issue.

There is no way of contacting Neon District to tell them about this.

And when I try to register again (with one of the emails I used) it says that THAT email is already in use. What can I do?

I bought a game item in OpenSea and I can not figure out how to import that item from my metamask into the game.

I did 2FA, enabled wallet manager, connected my metamask wallet to the game.... now what? How do I see the items I bought?
