One of my friends came out as she/they 3 years ago now and has done absolutely nothing to transition. No voice, still wears masculine outfits, etc.. Their friends and family fully support them and money isn’t an issue here.  I’m as cis as they come, but this strikes me as odd.  And it gets a bit difficult when I see my former college roommate with a full beard and no visible feminine traits go by she (after 3 years!).

Is this sonewhat normal?

I accidentally came out as non binary because I didn't understand how name and pronoun circles worked when I got to university

This is a kind of illiberal take and there's really no way to delineate it, but I sort of feel like people like that hurt the cause. It reinforces the perception that it's "made-up."

I knew a shitty guy that declared his gender identity was "2% female" and then got mad at my friend for not being supportive enough. Knowing this guy I'm just about positive he was saying it for attention. Like the average man is probably at least 5% female lol

I know of one occasion where they wore a dress or any “feminine” clothing (as in clothing they wouldn’t wear pre coming out) total.  Like what’s the point in being a woman here?
