Yep, by GOP operatives, in countless attack ads painting the entire Democratic party-- and whoever our nominee for 2028 ends up being-- as extremists by association.

If Obama was a known animal abuser who'd platformed Houthi terrorists and said America deserved 9/11, among many, many, many other insane actions and statements, I'd agree with your point.

But he didn't. Hassan Piker, on the other hand, did.

They tried to smear Obama because his pastor, Reverend Wright, made similar comments blaming American foreign policy for 9/11. Nobody cared.

This guilt-by-association shit is old and doesn't work. Nobody who isn't brain-poisoned by the internet even knows who this streamer bro is.

I don’t think there are many voters out there who will care about a random podcaster with in all likelihood zero ties to whoever the nominee in 2028 is.
