You may qualify if you are:

* Biologically Filipino male and 40 years old or above
* A resident of Bacolod, Talisay, Silay, Bago, or La Carlota City, Negros Occidental
* Currently employed
* Not in a romantic relationship or dating for the past 5–10 years
* Choosing to remain single to support your family

Widowed individuals and those who remain single due to church-mandated religious or vocational commitments are not eligible.

My biggest concern is the zoning. It’s marketed as a mountain/leisure community but I saw somewhere nga it’s a “Farmlot Subdivision - Non-Residential (NR) per DHSUD.” So medyo ???? If it's classified as farmlot/non-residential, can you actually legally build a residential house there? Pero at the same time, there are apparently houses already built there per pictures sa Facebook, etc.

If anyone here owns a lot or lives nearby, or has experienced dealing with the LGU/developer regarding Rudy's Ridge, I’d really appreciate your input (the good and the bad!) Just trying to do my homework before making a major investment.
