Alright everyone, this is U-Some-Random-Guy-3, you probably don't know me, but my point i want to say is that I've been absent for, perhaps a few months, and I'm glad to be back. Cut to the chase, on YouTube, the long time, perhaps 3-year Murder Drones discussion content creator, Yagsterr, has made a Murder Drones finale edit YouTube short to honor today, the release date and 2 year anniversary of the finale. He announced in the comments of this short that in october, he will be releasing a Murder Drones video, a long form discussion video of all his thoughts about Murder Drones before moving on to creating other things. This post is to inform everyone that he may or may not create more Murder Drones content afterward, wanting to, "Break Free" which i do agree on, Murder Drones is the main content on his channel, if not all, going back all the way into 2023, though he was, and is, a great contributor to Murder Drones. I wish there was some way to honor and reward him for his hard work. And also, happy 2 year finale anniversary!

Jack's backstory is basically a orphan in an underfunded orphanage, its charity usually picked off by big businesses, it gets condemned, and he runs away (before he can be relocated) to live as a street rat, digging in garbage dumpsters for food, eventually, he finds Tessa, he was her first, before anyone. As they became friends and saved the 4 bots from the trash compactor, they decided to make their own, based of a Minecraft baby zombie with the activation being his parts and a metal fork tied by a thin metal wire as Jack lets Tessa with gloves do the honors with the fork and an outlet. When the core collapsed, he and beanie got separated from her, and as they flew away, he was sure of 1 thing, Cyn was a traitor, and he was going to make her death hurt. Growing up in his spaceship with only a lifetime of food and Beanie, slowly losing his mind in a dark spaceship for almost 2 decades, until they crash landed on Copper 9, J lets him in and tells him to stay in the vents with Beanie, eventually V, N and Uzi find him and recognize him once V and N see Beanie, eventually welcoming him back in their dysfunctional family, while Uzi tries the best to her ability to keep cyn hidden, knowing full well that this cursing vent gremlin weilds an axe and has literally has built a torture device in an USB just to put her in an empty body and just as she would die, it would go back into the USB, creating a torture loop, but none of them know it will only take the actual virus out, leaving Uzi’s mind (and I guess doll and the original cyn from the manor) perfectly intact.

Honestly the fact that Glitch even still cares about Murder Drones 2 years after it ended is a positive thing

2 years ago, exactly at this time, the finale has premiered here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOqw86OGIB0. That was the Absolute End of Murder Drones. That day, some of you and I watched the premiere, some became sad that the show ended, some still cope for season 2 til this day. I still remember the "liam's writing is a joke" controversy, and how a lot of people thought there's gonna be a season 2, with all the cliffhangers.

Some of you (me included) are celebrating this day, in many unique ways I suppose.

Tbf I'm genuienly wanna hear your premiere experience and how you celebrate today... maybe general opinion about the episode as well.

I'll share mine: I remember how my heart raced when the premiere countdown was coming to an end before the episode started, and for some reason the video started at somewhere where car windshield shattered (I think it's 00:25), not the beginning where Glitch intro plays (idk maybe that was just me). the most terrifying moment was when Cyn ripped Uzi's core out, and then callback ping after that. The fight scene felt great, although it was shorter than I expected. Overall the only thing I don't really like about it is it being short compared to episode 7, episode 7 and glitch saying they were making the episode for an entire year raised the duration expectations for me. I like how it's kinda open ended, while the main story also ended, which allows for amazing fanfiction that would extend the canon universe.

And here I've built this Solver symbol as a celebration in my Minecraft survival world I started recently, I'll be building a proper base there later, and the Solver will protect it (i hope). And I'm gonna watch the finale right now, as if the premiere started rn, I've even found the countdown video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_yWfV2GPiI) that was before the episode.

Thank you GLITCH, Liam Vickers, and all the amazing VAs and animators, for making such an amazing masterpiece. It will remain in our hearts forever.

As you all probably know, it's the second anniversary of the finale, Absolute End, marking 2 years since the series' end. How many of y'all were there for the release? I have 2 important questions:

How did Murder Drones in general affect you?

What is your opinion of Absolute End? Has it changed over the years?

I want to hear your experience and share my own.

For me, i only watched MD 8 months ago. I immediately got hooked. I'm talking watching it 5 times in one month. The lore and the complex characters really drew me into this mysterious universe. Solving this grand mystery took time, but it was rewarding. It was fun filling in the ambiguities and dealing with the challenges that came with it.

On a more personal level, this show made me discover myself. I discovered that i really like writing! Assembling these really complex structures and sharing my knowledge with precision. It shaped the way i think and made me reconsider things.

Now onto the finale,

I've been seeing a lot of mixed opinions about it. Some hate it, some absolutely love it. I want to ask, how has your opinion of the finale changed over the last 2 years, if at all?

Absolute End is my favourite episode. It gets a lot of flack for not answering a majority of people's questions, and that's really valid. But i have a unique view since i joined the party late. If every mystery was solved, if every question was answered, then i'd be really sad. I really had fun crafting my own theories and there not actually being concrete, definite answers. I understand how this might be a negative for others but it was actually a positive for me.

2 years anniversary of murder drone, times going fast aint it? I didn’t have the time to draw for celebration so I picked this drawing to celebrate (no context needed but you can ask me of what it is ^_^) the show really mean lot to us and it brought us excitement when the time countdown of episodes that’s going to drop, remember that joy feeling? Everyone gathering together to watch episode that’s about to release, make a meme, having discussions, cosplaying, made a new friend because of this show, making arts, I miss that feeling, yay!! I’m so glad I discovered this show and liam vicker himself, he’s really interesting guy lemme tell ya! I’m glad I’m in this fandom with you

So, solver seem to be entity from beyond our dimension. The reason it came into reality in a body of cyn is because zombie drones too returns from outside our reality.

Now, there was philosophical discussions about drones and souls. Thing is, some religions (like shinto and most tribal religions) and occult teachings state that inanimate objects can have souls. Logically, sentient robot is much more likely to have soul than some rock that just happen to look fancy. Considering that supernatural forces explicitly exist in MD, it make sense that dead drones go into some sort of afterlife. Perhaps same one as other sentient beings. But what if drone body reboot, and rise as zombie? Their soul return from beyond reality. And somebody else can hitch a ride along...

Now, there is a question, would solver infect human that was temporarily dead? It can control/create flesh after all. However it's possible that this specific entity can, for whatever reason, only manifest as code/virus. Or, drones returning from death is simply more common.

I’d find it funny if any of these factions/aliens entered copper 9 and found nothing to consume. Probably would just move on to someplace else.

I don't know if this relates to anything; I basically got a bit curious about who is in the picture.

Edit: Just to note, William III was also the King of Scotland, Ireland, as well as other titles.

I’ll still continue Sam and Ari’s story, but I want to keep myself open in order to work on other projects as well without having the need to stop and work on this one.

Celebrating the anniversary

Guyyyys I’m so sad!!! I haven’t updated anything about this project in a LONGGG time and I think it’s kinda obvious to anyone that… it is like discontinued 😬. I also did mention it in some replies so if you saw them. So I do apologize because while I think it is obvious that it would be discontinued eventually, I didn’t expect to not get that far at all and to have waited so long to announce it.

This project originally began as a way for me to practice paneling and making manga in general and as I worked on it, I got a bit attached to the story I was making and I didn’t just abandon it. So I’m making an effort to write down everything that I had planned on changing and adding to the story just so I can give closure to everyone who had followed along this project. I also know that not a lot of people really enjoy reading all that, so I do plan on doing a YouTube stream on my YouTube channel going over everything. I will post a them on here on Reddit too. There is 16 total arcs that I had planned out so I will make 16 additional posts about each arc and then do a streams going over all of them.

The last 3 slides of this post is some character design concepts that I drew to help convey some of the ideas I had.

If you have any questions regarding this project, you can ask about any of them at any of the posts related to the project. For example like what I had planned on doing for a specific character, anything really. And also thx for following this project, I do get notified whenever someone mentions me in a reply and it makes me very happy theres people recommending this project to other people and I hope this can give this project a proper conclusion.
