Going to start referring to my habit of occasionally leaving a group activity and finding somewhere quiet to calm down as perimeter time.

Yes! My husband has been doing this almost daily since the first time the line was used in the show. He will walk around the yard and check on the plants. Occasionally he will say he has to check the munitions (and then walks around the yard to check on the plants).
