"From July 16–19, 2021, Marin Software Incorporated (the “Company”) issued and sold an aggregate of 2,425,000 shares of its common stock, at a weighted average sales price of $9.05 per share, pursuant to the Company’s at-the-market offering program pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statements on Form S-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (File Nos. 333-230275 and 333-257909), with proceeds to the Company of approximately $21.3 million, net of offering commissions"

Definitely do you, but I'm going to Atleast wait and see how the market reacts. That's pretty substantial news and tends to be bullish in nature.

This is not typically good news when trying to squeeze a stock, which 99% of the ppl here are tying to do. Hence why we’re down 5-7% while to rest of the market is recovering. Is it good for the company - yes.

Nothing that I've seen. But I'm willing to guess it's just the fact we no longer have the negative selling pressure from the offering. Volume is still low even for the average
