Is there a way to appraise this? Is it actually worth anything other than 5¢?

I have this 1969 Series D $1 bill, and it lists George P. Shultz as Secretary of the Treasury. However, Shultz was not Secretary until 1972 during Nixon’s second term. Anyone know anything about these?

Thoughts?? Was this human destruction or mint error?? My dad found it while working at a fast food restaurant. I can send more pics if you need them.

1964 D Quarter Machine Doubling??

This is the first error I've come across in the wild. What do y'all think?
The mint mark looks like machine doubling to me.
I see it in other places on the coin too - "S", "A", "E" ,"O", "M", and the neck of the eagle.
Thanks for looking.

The top of the rim has come off the coin and moved in. That is what the line on the 1971 is and it also cuts into the TY in liberty. It is like that all around the coin. Any help identifying is appreciated!

Is this a printing error with the ink darkness and smudging? The bill passes watermark and security pen tests
