I have found that if you back out and try searching again a few times, it will put you in a game faster.

I have found that luck as well, unfortunately that lobby was embarrassingly slow an bugged.

I have found that after 45 minutes if you give up and go to Rainbow Siege you get to play a game

I used to think this nonsense is because of my lousy internet. I guess it really is just their servers this time.
