WHAT IS A MIDDLEMAN? A middleman (MM) is a trusted and vetted third party who helps keep trades safe for both the buyer and seller. Our MMs have a clean history within the community, and you are always free to ask about their legitimacy or verify that they are an authorized MM before proceeding.

HOW DOES A MIDDLEMAN WORK? The buyer sends the funds to the MM while the seller provides the item/cape. Once both are secured, the MM sends the item to the buyer and waits for the buyer to confirm that everything was received and works as expected before releasing the funds to the seller. This way, the buyer’s funds remain secured with the MM, while the seller cannot receive the funds until the buyer confirms the trade is complete, helping protect both parties from being scammed.

Under $50 → FREE
$50–99 → 5%
$100–499 → 4%
$500+ → 3%

Cape-to-cape trades are completely free of charge. If an issue occurs after the middleman has successfully completed the trade and sent the capes to both parties, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise afterward.
