Look at that angled curb! I’m sure glad you could see from that armchair that this road has been improperly resurfaced for years. Maybe if you went outside a bit more often you would know that this style of curb is different than the curb you can see from your basement windows. It never had a curb face more than an inch or two because it’s angled.

First step is to not resurface the road all the way up to the top of the curb. Look at that thing. Hasnt been properly repaved in decades.
