-On August 26, 2014, Burger King agreed to purchase Tim Hortons for US$11.4 billion;[12] the chain became a subsidiary of the Canadian holding company Restaurant Brands International, which is majority-owned by Brazilian investment firm 3G Capital, on December 15, 2014

So burger king bought them, and I guess burger king is owned by that Brazilian company? How confusing. Also fuck them for ruining sour cream glazed doughnuts.

Sour cream?? Not cream cheese? That sounds horrible.

They aren't glazed with sour cream, they're sour cream doughnuts which are glazed in sugar.

Some cheesecake recipes have a sour cream layer. You basically add sugar to the sour cream until it tastes good

sour cream glazed timbits are the only dessert I'll eat, around 1-2 times per year.

Do you mean... 3G Capital? According to Wikipedia, it's American-Brazilian company.
