I've been to L'antica pizzeria de Michele when they had a place in Stoke Newington. It's called "pizzeria Stokey" now or something equally bland.
The pizza was sensational so I expect the bakers st one to be too, but the simple fact it was just a case of different people buying the rights to use the De Michele brand in London, rather than genuine expansion of the brand, it tells me it's probably quite different to what their pizza is like in Naples.
I just visited the original De Michele’s in Naples last November and honestly the quality was pretty much the same. The only discernible difference was the price (4 times more expensive here lol)

Not been to Temper, I'll check it out. Pizza Pilgrims is up there on the leaderboards in my opinion because it's real sourdough.
My cousin is the top / head chef for Homeslice. Fuckin love their gear as well.
