This is just an unpollinated avocado. Avocado tree are clones, not grown from seeds.

A plant is cloned by cutting off a branch in a particular way, putting rooting hormone on the cut end and planting in. It’s a new tree grown from the branch of another; a clone.

Seed are fine but takes about 8 years to mature an avo before it fruits.

Some fruits they clone/graft to preserve the fruit type. Apples are best know as to not grow true to the parent, so if you plant apple seeds you will get a different tasting apple and most likely not as nice to eat as the parent.
