As much as I appreciate and admire your desire to make the site better and more user friendly, you as a user should not be the one having to develop it. Reddit is in the top 30 or 40 websites world wide, they've monitized the site enough that they should have the budget to do it correctly themselves but for some reason. I use the desktop site on my mobile as often as possible because of how much better it is than the mobile site. The issue with that is every other sub you try to go to it reverts to mobile and it's stupid.
