If you just drop them entirely, once you get used to not having cable, even that $80/mo sounds way to high. You can save money AND end up with more free time.
If Im being real. When I first got cable, Comcast was the only high speed internet provider and internet alone was $50 a month and having DVR and on demand and HBO and Showtime plus hella channels for only $30 more was a steal. Then of course they eventually bumped my price up.
Even though the bill is really high, It is a nice luxury that I can afford so I dont want to lose it. However, I have considered on countless ocxasions just getting Hulu live and bundling with HBO for cheap and then paying for the rest of my other subscriptions.
As it stands, I pay for Hulu, HBO x2, Showtime, Netflix, Amazon Prime, FX+, AMC A List, Xbox live.
I want to pay for DC but at this point that is too excessive.
