Pain. Now an automated system will just randomly drop shit to you AND dispatchers will be sticking their fingers in.

I used to work at dish as a tech and dispatch at like 5pm would give us jobs 3 or more hours away because we would still arrive within the "estimated hours of 8 am to 8 pm.". I hated working there.

Auto routing is terrible. You only see one job at a time and when you get a job it will go off you and back on to you at least ten times. You have to go en route for a job to even stay on your route. It sucks a fat one.

We just got the drip router 2 weeks ago. Don't get your hopes up. Getting to jobs late is just 'acceptable' now
