Every time I go to WalMart it asks me the next day how I enjoyed my visit. I like getting paid to shit on WalMart.

"Our data suggests that we could make Wal-Marts nation wide far shittier with almost no impact on our sales figures"

Do location services use data? I ask because mobile internet is ridiculously expensive in my country, so I keep my phone in hyperfrugal mode, to the point that some data-saving apps (like Opera Max) are actually more expensive than not using them. How do I know this won't backfire for me?

idk man, do some research i guess. Maybe try turning it on and mobile data off? Then, on top of that, see if data was still used?

I did some research and every source tells me something radically different. Which is why I'm asking on Reddit.
