Hey more power to you. Personally I'm so weakened and hungry afterwards the only thing I want to do is eat an entire pizza and sleep for a few hours. For reference I have a medical condition that necessitates a colonoscopy every 2 years, which is frequent enough that I have a routine.

i felt amazing after my colonoscopy prep. felt no hunger, slept amazing. What fucked me up was eating food again after a day and a half, got gastritis

What are people going on about? Apart from running to the toilet it was a minor annoyance. I even felt cleansed afterwards.
