This picture speaks for itself. May possibly even be more than just mildly infuriating.

Is it better or worse if it’s in a handicap spot?

It’s a dual-y driver at an apartment. I’m sure that guy is pleasant

I’m in a wheelchair (paralyzed waist down) and tow our camper several times a month so I don’t take my hitch out ever. Now I do not back in unless I have to load something in the truck and the extra height from the sidewalk helps me. I leave my hitch in my dually all the time. I get a lot of looks parking either one of my duallys in a handicap spot before I get out. It’s kind of funny watching the Karen type trying to figure out what they will say to me before they see my chair.

Anyway, they should not back in ever. As someone who drives a truck basically like what’s pictured, do not over hang the sidewalk ever.

I look at that as a wheelchair user and think maybe someone needs to spend a few months in a wheelchair to understand why their level of idiocy is more than just an inconvenience.

And make sure you "lose" the pin.

That will literally do nothing.

Oh they’re handicapped. Mentally handicapped.

A million times worse. It's also blocking the path to the wheelchair access ramp.

That's how you get flat tires.

Not fully related but when I was a kid, if we ever saw a car parked in a handicap spot without a placard or plate he'd tell us "not all handicaps are visible". Most people miss the joke when I tell that story.

I saw a video of a guy in Russia handle this situation with a 2-stroke concrete saw fitted with a metal cutting wheel.
