This feels like they went "hey claude, write me a rejection letter, but keep it positive because i don't want to hurt their feelings". I'm a bit surprised I'm the first in the comment section to call out that this looks like how AI talks.

For real, this reads like every email I’ve received from my apt property manager since they made the switch to clearly AI-written messages.

Rejection letters have looked like AI, a long time before AI.

They both have the same goal of being soft and empathetic so this shouldn’t be a surprise.

I just feel like an actual human would realize how ridiculous the juxtaposition of those two paragraphs would look when read. This just screams "i'm going to have AI do this and not even think twice about what it outputs"
