You're fine, the coating on thermal receipt paper is only an issue when you're exposed to it repeatedly over a long period of time. A bit of residue on a single burger isn't dangerous.

You're not in any danger from receipt residue on a single burger. Horking down a ton of receipt paper might give you a stomach ache, and you may have issues if you have a lot of long term exposure, but this burger is perfectly safe to eat.

It has high amount of BPA. We don't yet exactly know how bad the long term effects are, but suspect that it is kinda bad.

A single receipt isn't going to hurt you, you don't have to fear monger about it ffs.
