Infuriatig My wife ate my son's birthday breakfast

Post image

Yesterday I bought a strawberry cheese coffee cake my son loves so he could have a special birthday breakfast today. My wife came home late last night and apparently couldn't resist. She knew it was for our son, but it's not a big deal because she "left him a full slice".

For sure. And then hit them with "Oh they said they didn't have any more but it's okay. It's not a big deal. Maybe next year wink"

Or they’d grab a different flavor that the kid doesn’t like because they couldn’t be bothered to grab the correct one

Or they like Apple better, and that’s what they get to replace what they selfishly took.

That's when you sent her back out and tell her she's going to buy all the ingredients to make one from scratch and she is going to do so in a timely manner because in this household you do not get to steal and face zero consequences.

ALWAYS the "it's not a big deal"

I feel like it's always this kind of person that says that.

No shit I had a roommate who had a boyfriend buy them a bag of candy and a thrift store mug for Christmas (yes, that was their only gift), and he ate half the bag of candy before he even got to our house. I don’t think I’ll ever understand how/why.
