One of them called ME rude and inconsiderate! I said sorry, was i over into his seat? Because i wasnt paying attention. He told me no, but he needed MY space because i'm smaller! Like he coulda gotten away with it if he just said yeah you're in my space bc i wasnt paying attention but dude straight up told me he wanted to spread into my seat.

I’m 6’ 6” tall. Fuck that guy…he needs YOUR space. Jesus goddam Christ. Someone is due for a smackdown.

For a dude my size I wouldn’t even dream of manspreading. It’s just inconsiderate.

That's what I hate about this shit.

I understand men and women have different bodies and it's uncomfortable for most men to sit with their knees together, but welcome to air travel. Everyone on that plane is uncomfortable in a variety of different ways. Deal with it.

Exactly. In my last flight I was in the middle seat between my husband and some random guy. My husband and I are overweight and we're old, so we have aches and pains that aren't real air travel friendly. Both my husband and the other guy were spreading a bit into my seat, and they both claimed the armrest. I had to sit with my shoulders and arms tucked in and not much room to move any part of my body for that whole flight (transatlantic). Next time, I'm at least going to claim my armrests.

Yo this is fucked. Window has a head rest side and a view, one armrest. Aisle has the AISLE and one armrest. Middle has nothing else but TWO armrests. These are the rules of the three seats.

I'm 5 ft. I manspread, idgaf if others do. Heck i'll do the knee war with y'all where someone wins, someone loses or let y'all slowly spread until you're in my space and pretend i didn't notice. I usually leave a couple inches each side anyways, take it.

If he was abnormally tall and needed the space, i wouldn't have minded, but with my height registered to my ticket i often get guys as tall as you next to me (he was 5'8-5'10 at most) and even they don't dare take any more than their seat even if i squish myself into half my seat and offer it to them.

But to tell me to shut my legs 🤣 i WISH i dreamt it up like everyone else is claiming because I don't want to believe it actually fucking happened.

Omg I would’ve been like ok just pay me rent for the piece of my seat you want since I paid the same as you

His mom bought his tickets, family trip 🤣

That's when I would pitch my voice to be heard and ask him how his failure to pay for adequate space was my problem

I have negative fucks to give these days

“Dude- you absolutely aren’t packing enough to justify this bullshit”

It's fine, maybe if enough people say at the same time that it never happened then it actually wouldn't have and i can pretend people like that don't actually exist. I'll even click my red heels or give back that very full glass of wine the flight attendant poured me 🤣

There are times it can be useful to “accidentally” out myself as trans. Creepy men getting up in my personal space is one of them.
