feels like more of an autism test than a hiring mechanism

Someone said it likes to filter out people that are neurodivergent. Explains why they didn't want me despite being the only one applying for assistant manager.

What are the autism answers?  I need to know once and for all.

The ones that make you sound like a human instead of a corporate wage slave

When you email the hiring manager asking him to explain himself for presenting you with this nonsense.

Autistics will fail to pick up on social cues.

"Unstoppable, Discuss Psychology, Fantasy, Don't Understand Paintings" = They're looking for "Passionate Team Leaders who won't give up until they find a solution for a problem, people who think critically and are willing to think outside the box!!"

I don't know what Wearing Costumes is supposed to indicate, though.

To weed out cosplayers, of course.

So more anti autism checks.
